What is the Scars Lifetime Guarantee?
We stand by the quality of our gear. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if you wear your gear out through heavy use, we will repair or replace it for free.
How do I choose the right size Rucker or GR1?
Sizing is generally based on height and torso length. The 21L is ideal for those under 6', while the 26L is best for those over 6'. Check our fit guide on the product page for specific measurements.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is generated.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Return shipping is free for domestic U.S. customers.
Can I wash my GORUCK pack in a washing machine?
We do not recommend machine washing as it can damage the specialized coatings. Instead, hose it down and scrub with mild soap and a soft brush, then hang dry away from direct sunlight.
